Hotel renovation & spa design
We develop hotel projects, spa spaces and renovation solutions for particular areas within existing hotels. Guest use is considered alongside the operation’s preparation, storage and service requirements.
Which needs does it address?
We work on developing the spatial programme of a new hotel or renovating a defined area within an existing one. For spaces such as bars, breakfast areas, restaurants, service areas and spas, the initial stage establishes the need, the available information and the project boundaries.
Scope of work
Spatial layouts, guest and service circulation, relationships between preparation and storage, and equipment requirements are considered together. The bar and breakfast area renovation design at All Seasons Hotel, the accommodation and spa programme of Yalova Thermal Hotel, and technical coordination for kitchen and service areas at Mövenpick Golden Horn are different examples of this work. Each project record states its own role and stage.
Deliverables
Depending on the scope, deliverables include layout proposals, architectural drawings and details, and visuals explaining the design. Three-dimensional visualisation and video may also be included where agreed. New design proposals, existing-condition photographs and information about implementation stages are presented separately.

For Yalova Thermal Hotel, I drew the complete architectural project, bringing accommodation, a thermal spa, private spa spaces, a restaurant and meeting rooms into one building programme. The relationship with the sloping site, the organisation of functions across levels and the façade studies form the core of the work.
