Architectural expert report preparation
We undertake technical reviews and prepare expert reports on architectural matters using documents, drawings and existing-condition findings. Findings, their supporting evidence and the limits of the assessment are presented in a clear report.

Which needs does it address?
When an architectural matter requires technical clarification or an existing implementation needs to be compared with project documents, the subject and questions to be addressed are established.

Scope of work
Relevant project documents and drawings are reviewed; where required, site observations and measurements record existing conditions. Documentary information is compared with site findings, while differences, missing information and technical assessments are addressed separately.

Deliverables
The report sets out the subject, documents used, method, findings and technical assessment. Depending on the scope, photographs, measurement records, annotated drawings and comparisons are included, showing the evidence supporting each conclusion.
